Contacting us via e-mail or registering for Forefactor communications or products reveals your e-mail address and any other information you include such as phone number and/or mailing address. We will use this information to help us process your registration, fulfill your request or respond to your inquiry. All of your personal information will be stored in a secure database in Canada. Access to this database is limited to authorized persons bound by non-disclosure agreements.
In addition, forefactor.com can store a unique identification number, the username, and login status in a “cookie” on each visitor’s computer. The identification number is retained and utilized to track usage of the web site in order to provide you with products or services you may be interested in, while the username and login status are only used for display purposes and site functionality during the current web session.
