Jeannette Tanguay
Jeannette has two decades of experience in the design and execution of research that supports marketing, policy and communications planning, implementation and evaluation. Academically trained in all aspects of marketing research and consumer behaviour theory, she is equally comfortable undertaking qualitative and quantitative research initiatives. Her strength is a circumspect assessment of a client’s needs to deliver research that provides clear and strategic direction.
Jeannette has experience in many different segments of the global financial services sector having worked in various research capacities at Decima Research, Pollara, Bank of Montreal, ifop-cmr and TSX Group.
Jeannette holds an MSc in Consumer Behaviour from the University of Guelph and a BA (Hons.) in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario. She has also been awarded the CMRP (Certified Marketing Research Professional) designation in Canada.
